Why we love our sponsors

If we were to ask anyone in business what a sponsor does most would probably say: “give you money or some type of trade of value.”  Would they be wrong?  No, they wouldn’t but would they be telling the whole story?  Maybe not, but in our case the answer would be no.

Sponsorship for the 2012 Chester County Jazz Festival has proven to be so much more than a check in our hand or some valuable trade, it has proven to be about the relationships and support that we have received for our festival.  Take CISCO for instance.  CISCO is a big company but when we are working with them our conversations and exchanges feel personal. They make us feel their commitment to our project.  They support every single one of our events by showing up and engaging others in the organization and community.

Now let’s talk about Faunbrook.  When you meet Lori her smile makes your smile even broader and Steve carries on a great conversation over the phone.  They care about this festival.  Social Lounge , Calista Grand, and The Note are great sponsors because of their ongoing support whenever you call.  They are always ready to say “yes” to us and we really do appreciate it.

There is no classier woman than Lillian DeBaptiste at Milestone Events.  It’s nice to be able to drop in and talk to Lillian about what’s going on at Milestone and ongoing plans for the festival.  She’s upbeat, has a great laugh and always ready to make a business connection for the festival.  EHD Benefit Services, Chester County Historical Society, and NuMillennium Sound you are true gentlemen and ready to step in and meet up any time.

Maxwell’s Executive Residential Service we can’t remember a time that we didn’t look up at an event and see your faces, and thank you for calling just to say hello and to see what’s new.  Wegman’s Downingtown and Malvern thank you for believing in us at the very beginning.  Penns Woods Winery, driving down 202 South will never be the same,  you have been amazing to work with.

Our media sponsors WCPress, Women’s Journal, WCHE1520, and Fig our appreciation overflows.  Thank you so much for continued coverage of our events and Adam and Nick at WCPress thanks for making sure that you always get our backdrop in the photo LOL!  Last but not least a very warm thank you to our anonymous sponsor.  You know who you are and please know that not a day goes by that we don’t remember your generosity and support.

You see…, our sponsors are so much more than financial support, they are real supporters of what we’re doing and what we’re about.  They are folks we can count on, so thank you for your ongoing support in all areas during this festival season.

We hope many of you will join us next year as a sponsor.  Just give us a shout and we’ll be happy to drop by and chat about it.
